Pre-Ship Envelopes
In a crunch to get your cards out? No worries. You can get a jump start on addressing your envelopes by receiving them early. Your envelopes will ship within 2-3 business days & then your cards will ship within our normal turnaround time!

Additional Photos Printed on Single Image Cards
We can print up to 2 additional photos on your cards (beyond the number of photos already included with the card you are ordering). Additional photos are usually printed on the inside flap or the back of the cards.

Photo Retouching
Minor Editing is included in your per card cost. This includes the following – cropping your photos, sharpening your photos, color adjustment, removal of facial blemishes from your photo(s), converting your Color photo to a Black & White photo or your Color or Black & White photo to a Sepia photo.
Additional Photo Retouching can ALSO be done for a small fee. These include, but are not limited to, the following - the removal of facial or eyeglass glare, stray hairs, whitening teeth & eyes, softening or removing bags under the eyes, fixing spots in the background, brace removal, head swaps, opening eyes, extending the background, creating a thinner body, thighs, face, etc., removal of items from the background & adding/removing a person.

Printing of "Mail To" Addresses on your Envelopes
Send us an Excel spreadsheet with your mailing list & WE will address your envelopes! Addresses will be printed directly on the front of your envelopes. (Not available if you select to have your envelopes Pre-Shipped.)

If you opt to have our staff print your mailing addresses on the front of your envelopes (select our “Printing of "Mail To" Addresses” upgrade), why not take it one step further? Drop Ship Your Order
For Professional Photography Studios - We can ship your order directly to your client, if you’d like. Your package will include YOUR studio address as the Return Address & will not include an Invoice or any information about our company. We will mail you sample cards from your order and the invoice via regular mail.

Proof
Once we receive your order, our Graphic Designers will create “proofs” for you to view of your Card & Envelope Layouts. You have the option of receiving either a MAILED or EMAILED Proof. While there is NO FEE to receive a MAILED PROOF for many of our cards, there is a small fee to receive a MAILED PROOF for some of our cards (check each product page for details). There is NEVER a fee to receive an EMAILED PROOF. If you select an EMAILED PROOF, we will email you links to online versions of your Proofs (Card & Envelope Layouts). We will send you an unlimited number of EMAILED PROOFS for your original card ordered. Whether you require 1 proof or 10 proofs, we will work with you until you are 110% happy. However, should you change your order to a completely different card after your proof(s) have already been created, there will be a minimum $15 New Proof Setup Fee charge (since we will have to start from scratch & create a brand new set of proofs for you).
