Be sure to include either a valid business website or a copy of your Tax ID Form. We will email you our Wholesale Price List and a ‘Wholesale Pricing Discount Code’ to use on your Order Form to receive your discount. By entering this Discount Code, your order form will automatically deduct your wholesale discount.

    3. Anonymous Website for your clients

      This is a GREAT selling tool for those clients that either live too far from your studio or simply are unable to make it in to your studio to view card samples. Our anonymous website is a duplicate of this website. However, it DOES NOT include our company name or pricing information. You can send your clients to this site to view our available card styles. They can make their card selections, send the info. to you & then you place their order with us. Contact us for a link to this website.

    5. Two ways to offer our cards to your clients

    6. Personalized Customer Support

      Photo Card Creations is a ‘boutique’ custom card company. We are smaller than some of our competitors such as Snapfish & Kodak. Because of our smaller size, we are able to offer a much more ‘personal’ ordering experience for our customers. There is a ‘human’ involved in processing your order; you’ll get to speak to a LIVE person if you have any questions about your order. We know who you are; you are not just a number to us.

    7. Our Ordering Process is NOT automated

      Many of our competitors use an ‘automated’ system where your order is processed without anyone looking at it until it is ready to ship. We DO NOT have an automated system. Every order is reviewed carefully by our customer service team. We will contact you if your photo(s) do not meet our specs, if there is any missing information on your Order Form or if we have suggestions or questions regarding your order. We will also do minor editing, cropping, color adjustment and removal of flaws from your photo, if we deem necessary OR if requested by you. We want to ensure that your photos print as nice as possible! We are also happy to customize your order if you have any special requests (i.e. you’d like additional photos printed on your cards, you’d like background colors changed in the card design, etc.)

    8. More Paper Surfaces, Colors & Options

      Many of our competitors offer a limited range of paper types & options. Some offer only ‘Photo Paper’ or ‘Matte’ cardstock; others only offer ‘Flat’ 5x7” cards. We offer both Flat & Folded cards, in a variety of sizes, paper surfaces/cardstocks & colors! Many of our Fine Art cardstocks are hard to find elsewhere. Our Fine Art cardstocks include our unique Watercolor Cards w/Hand-torn Edge, Linen-textured Cards, Smooth Matte Cards, Square Cards & our “Panel Inset” Cards. Our Digital Press Printed Cards include our Glossy Cardstock, Semi-Glossy Cardstock, Pearl Cardstock & Linen-textured cardstock. Most of our Flat Cards are available with the regular Straight Edges OR with “Rounded Edges”, another unique feature that will be hard to find elsewhere.

    9. Option to “Create Your Own Card” from scratch

      Although we offer dozens of unique “Designer Cards” (pre-designed card layouts) like our competitors, we also offer the option for you to “Create Your Own Cards” (cards that you customize from scratch), which most of our competitors DO NOT offer. To “Create Your Own Cards”, you select the cardstock type, size & color, Flat vs. Folded card. You select a Photo Border for your photo, the Font for your greetings, the greeting for the Front and/or Inside of your cards, & return address imprinting on your Envelopes (all of these features are optional). The result is a truly unique, one of a kind card!

    10. Mailed Proofing Option Available

      The majority of our competitors offer only an emailed or online ‘proofing’ option. In addition to offering an emailed proof, we also offer a MAILED proofing option.

      An online/emailed proof is a great way to view & make sure you are happy with the layout of your card before your order is printed. It is recommended if you have seen samples of our cards, have ordered from us before or are in a hurry to get your cards (especially during our holiday season). However, receiving a MAILED proof allows you to touch & feel the cardstock & see how your photo looks printed on the cardstock.

    11. Preferred Payment Option

      Almost all of our competitors require payment in full at the time you place your order; we don’t. You are charged a non-refundable Order Setup Fee of $35 when we receive your order. Once you approve your proof for printing, you are charged the balance (your Grand Total MINUS the $35 setup fee already paid). Should you decide to cancel your order, you have no further financial obligation.

    12. Free Design Customization & Photo Enhancements

      We will do minor editing to your photos, if need be, to ensure that the printed results are the best possible. Also, our “Designer Cards” (pre-designed cards) are not ONLY available “as seen”. Most of our Designer Cards can be customized, to incorporate your unique style into your cards! You can change the Font Type or Color; the Background Colors or make slight alterations to the design layout.

    13. Drop Ship Option to Client

      At your request, we can ‘drop ship’ your order directly to your clients. Your ‘drop shipped’ order will have your studio address as the return address on the package & will NOT include an invoice or any reference to Photo Card Creations. We will mail you the invoice & sample cards from the order separately via USPS 1st Class Mail. Simply select the ‘Drop Ship Order’ option on your Order Form & enter your client’s address….we’ll do the rest!

    Sample Packets

    1. Sample Packets

      We offer 2 types of Sample Packets….. a Complete Sample Packet and a Mini Sample Packet.

      Our “Complete Sample Packet” includes 25-30 sample cards, our Brochures (which include all of our card offerings) & Ordering & Pricing Information. The cost for our Sample Packet is $30 but it includes a $50 Coupon to use towards your 1st purchase – which means you get your money back with your first order! Sample Packets will be shipped within 2 weeks of your request. During our peak Holiday Season (Nov 1 – Dec 31) Sample Packets may not be available.

    Placing Your Order

    1. Placing Your Order

      As a professional photographer, you have the option of placing an order directly with Photo Card Creations OR referring your clients directly to us.

      If you place your order directly with us, you will receive a Wholesale Discount & can take advantage of our other discount programs.

      If you refer your clients to us, you can earn a commission on all sales through our ‘Client Referral Program’.

      You do not need to setup an account or enroll in a program. Before placing your first order, simply contact us for our Wholesale Price List. Be sure to include either a valid business website or a copy of your Tax ID Form. We will email you our Wholesale Price List and a ‘Wholesale Pricing Discount Code’ to use on your Order Form to receive your discount. By entering this Discount Code, your order form will automatically deduct your wholesale discount.

      Once we receive your order, our Designers will create your Card Layouts & will email or mail your proofs to you within 1-3 business days (for Emailed Proofs) or 3-5 business days (for Mailed Proofs). If, after having received your proof, you would like any changes, your changes will be emailed to you within approximately 1-2 business days. Once your order has been approved by you for printing, your order will be shipped within approximately 3-5 business days via the Shipping method of your choice. *Holiday Season Turnaround times might be slightly longer. See “Order Turnaround Times” section on our FAQs page for more details.

    2. How does it work?

      You promote our cards & earn award credits for each dollar spent. Your award credits will qualify your studio for discounts on future purchases throughout the year.

    3. How many credits do I need to earn to start receiving discounts?

      You receive 1 credit for each dollar spent (costs incurred for shipping or taxes are not included). Once your studio reaches $2,500 in sales, you'll be eligible for an additional 5% discount on all future card orders. Once you reach $5,000 in sales, your additional discount increases to 10%. Once you reach $10,000, your additional discount increases to 15% !!! This is a great opportunity to promote a high-end product and increase your profit margin, at the same time!

    Client Referral Program

    1. There are two ways to offer our cards to your clients

      You can offer our cards directly to your clients as part of your photography package or as an additional product offering OR you can refer your clients directly to us and take advantage of our Client Referral Program! This is a great option for those studios that want to offer our cards to their clients, but do not want to be the 'middle person placing the order or cannot fit our card pricing into their pricing structure and still churn a worthwhile profit. Now there’s a way to offer a unique, high-end product to your clients AND make a profit with very little effort required on your end! Earn money simply by referring your clients to us!!!!

    2. How does it work?

      Refer your clients directly to us! Your client places the order directly with Photo Card Creations and enters your Studio Information in the "Special Instructions" section of our Order Form. This is critical; if your client does not enter your studio information on their order form we will not know that you referred them.

    3. What is in it for me????

      Your client will be paying our Retail prices (if you place the order for them you would receive our 15% Wholesale Discount). By referring your clients DIRECTLY to us, you will receive a Monthly Referral check in the amount of 15% of your client(s) total order(s)!!

      For example, let's say you refer 2 clients to us in March & their orders total $500, we will send you a Referral Check at the end of the month for $75!! And all you did was refer your clients to us, which takes only minutes of your time!

      You also get to benefit from FREE marketing as we will print your studio information/logo on the back of your client's cards.
